Sail's Up Game On Giveaway

1. Sponsorship. The sponsor is Raymarine UK Limited located at Marine House, Cartwright Drive, Fareham, PO15 5RJ, UK (“Sponsor” or “Raymarine”). Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Terms and Conditions. Email: [email protected].

2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to residents worldwide, subject to these Terms and Conditions.  Entry is via the instructions set out in the related Sails Up Game On Giveaway posts on The Sponsors Instagram and Facebook Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/raymarine/ and Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Raymarine. profiles. Entrants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry. Raymarine's employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the above eligibility requirements.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Giveaway, the entrant (“You” or “Your”) agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Entry Period: This promotion begins on 1^st July 2024 at 9.00 GMT and ends on 30^th September 2024 at 17.00 GMT (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter this Giveaway by following Raymarine and commenting your summer plans on the related Sail’s Up Game On post on Instagram or by commenting your summer plans on the related Sail’s Up Game On post on Facebook. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Eligible entrants may only enter once. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating Your entries and removing You from the Giveaway at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winners”) will receive one (1) Sail’s Up Game On promotional Raymarine T-shirt (the “Prize”). The sizes of Prize will be allocated at random. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the Prize is awarded. The Prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. The Prize will be sent to the Winner(s) from Raymarine UK Limited. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Courier and custom fees of the Prize are covered by the Sponsor. The Winners, upon acceptance of the Prize, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer or assign the Prize to others, nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name for purposes of advertising the Winner without further compensation unless prohibited by law. All images or illustrations of Prizes are used to serve the purposes of this Giveaway, and whatever the media used, they are presented for the purpose of illustration only and have no contractual value.

7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

8. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official Raymarine Instagram and Facebook profiles after 30th September 2024. The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall the Sponsor have any liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to any email or messaging security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, Sponsor will further not accept any responsibility for any damaged, lost, or delay’s to Prize awarding or giving as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind. The Sponsor shall not be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the Prize by replying to Raymarine direct message, within 30 days from the time the Prize notification was sent; and/or 2) is found ineligible; the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

You acknowledge that Sponsor, its affiliates and its parent company, Teledyne Technologies Incorporated are bound by Trade compliance laws and standard industry sanctions. Receipt of the Prize given in this Giveaway will be entirely dependent on Sponsor’s ability to adhere to Trade Compliance laws and sanctions. Sponsor, nor its affiliates or parent company, bear any responsibility for not awarding Prizes as a result of Trade Compliance obligations. 

9. Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry into this Giveaway You understand and agree that any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf or the Sponsor shall have the right to publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, Your name and statements about the Giveaway, for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

10. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway for any reason at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor be liable to You or any third party for any consequential, special, incidental, indirect, multiple, administrative, or punitive damages, or any damage of an indirect or consequential nature arising out of or related this Giveaway.

12. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales and without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
