How we express our brand, ambition and values are no exception, and this is why we have made the decision to modernize and simplify our approach.
The ambition statement replaces our mission and vision. It emphasizes our role as enablers for our customers to achieve remarkable feats - whether saving lives, sailing solo around the world, winning major sport fishing tournaments or safely enjoying the water with a family. It also recognizes the strength that our brand has to collectively inspire great adventures and mission success.
Our new ambition statement, along with our values, is now more fitting for the world in which we operate today and the future. They will help to ensure that we're in the best possible position for continued success.
Our brand values are our 'North Star' - they are the behaviors and beliefs that we use in our work and they guide the decisions that we make. Truth be told, we've been living and breathing these values for a while but we've never articulated them like this, until now.
